Absolutely fantastic breakfast with toasts and continental self serve, for example, the staff is really kind and nice. Overall the room is elegant, impressive and includes satellite television, central heating, and a personal safe. The location is very central.

It has very professional staff team from that shift. The ambiance is family.

The breakfasts are delicious and vegan in the hotel, with good quality ingredients, toasts plus a view of the lovely garden. The location of the venue is ideal, adjacent to all the historical sights and restaurants downtown. Also, a dominican friary is relatively near the venue.

The hotel was located so close to the center of town…with a parking lot and close to other friends who were in kilkenny and a restaurant in the Design Center. The room was brand-new and nicely furnished and the views of castle were incredible. Venue's location was unbeatable and excellent, near the city centre.

It has ideal and really handy location and good parking, and it's next to all the restaurants and pubs nice garden in the back that's private after 5, and the centre on St Patrick's street beside all the bars and restaurants. The employees are friendly efficient and competent.

Perfect location, very convenient area, close enough to the amazing pubs and restaurants Kilkenny has to offer and excellent restaurants. Besides, easy to get to an interactive museum.

As for me, the area was disappointing.

The staff is cordial and the continental breakfast is fantastic. The double room is immaculate and has an electric kettle, an individual safe and central heating. It has a great restaurant and a brilliant location in the window area. my experience at Butler House was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was delicious, and the double room was clean and well-equipped with amenities. The location was also perfect, with a great restaurant nearby for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kilkenny.

Had marvellous and fab location perfect to walk anywhere in city center, just a walking distance from Kilkenny Castle. And it was also right by Kilkenny, the centre on St Patrick's street beside all the bars and restaurants and Kilkenny Castle in the Back ground. The deluxe room was luxurious, included a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

Had a fun stay during the holidays, glad I've chosen it. The room was a nice size and themed and with a panoramic view over garden.

Fairly clean and wonderful old hotel with spectacular view of the gardens and castle. Large room, luxurious bathroom. Comfy bed, friendly efficient staff members from that shift. Stunning and beautiful location in Kilkenny, right by the town centre as well as all the downtown attractions. Easy walk to Kilkenny Castle. My favorite property in Kilkenny.

The location was marvellous and beautiful, right in the town centre overlooking the castle. The breakfast was incredible and delicious with lots of dishes. The rooms were excellent sized and stylish. The service was welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our comfortable stay.
